Some things to consider while taking photos:
What story am I trying to tell with this picture?
What is the interesting subject in this photo? (It could be an object, person, animal, or even a beautiful color.)
What does the background and foreground look like? (Not too distracting, not too messy)
Where is the light? Where is it coming from? What is it touching?
What are the shadows doing? Are they adding or taking away from the photo? What other points of view could I take this picture from?
Always turn around to see what interesting shot might be behind you!
